Our newly built,2 bedroom Murcia holiday apartment with pool lies in a valley over looked by the Sierra de El Molino mountains and pine forests. It is air conditioned and located on the first floor of a small block of apartments in a gated community.
Our rental holiday apartment sleeps 4 people. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped. There is use of a communal swimming pool, children's paddling pool, bowling green and landscaped gardens. One of the attractions of the rental apartment is the fantastic views from the roof top solarium.
Calasparra is a place where you can really let yourself unwind, surrounded by all the beauties of nature in it's most unspoilt state.
The region of Murcia is a virtually undiscovered area of Spain. The region is also known as 'The Lake District of South Eastern Spain' due to the varied landscape of reservoirs, rivers, majestic mountains, rice fields and vine yards.
As we the owners (Cecilia and Arthur) live only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment personal attention is guaranteed. Information and advice as to the best restaurants, bars and 'things to do' can be given. We can also pre arrange many activities such as quad biking and horse riding. We will be happy to help.
